Shipping

All items will ship out within 5-7 days of being ordered and receiving payment currently.  Most items are pre-made but some are made to order.  We ship with USPS and delays are out of our control.  I will do my best to assist with tracking but once an order has left my possession it's out of my control.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product.

If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment. 

If you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order!

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship outside of the United States.  Take a look at our Etsy shop for international shipping options. 

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us at mattiebleubusiness@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order and we will be happy to assist.
